Worst experience from a plumbing company ever! Had a geyser replaced and asked for a CoC which was not provided until I followed up and had to pay extra for. Then the CoC showed a non-compliance with a photo of the old, burst geyser on it issued by a plumber that was never at my house. I pointed out the mistakes and also that I assume they would install a geyser with insolation and everything needed to adhere to all laws and regulations. A new CoC was provided with a pic of the new geyser and still non-compliant. They also told me CoC is not needed and I can the insolation installed at my own cost. I paid for everything from own pocket and wanted to claim back from insurance, thats why a CoC is needed. They make effort to rectify the installation that is non-compliant and is now just making it my problem. Never use them.

HD47HS GP One of your NP200 Bakies Drivers is wearing at everyone and almost drove me off the road, doesn't consider the rules of the road even when the 2 lanes narrows to become one he speeds on so people don't get the way. That's hazardous and dangerous and inconsiderate driving, especially with a branded company car, are those the values of your compnay

We had a recent leakage of a pipe in one of our walls. The Insurance company have appointed Adhoc Plumbing to do the repairs, which was done, and I have absolutely no complaint about the repairs that was done, nore the time it took, but do want to raise another concern. On arrival and inspection of the problem, one of the technician climbed into the ceiling to inspect the pipes, although the geyser is fitted on the outside of the house. After he had done his inspection, he reported back that there were still geysers inside the roof, filled with water, that he will drain for us, as it could cause damage to the ceiling in futre. We accepted the friendly offer en he proceeded to drain the geysers. As we were busy repairing the house, there was nobody staying inside the house, so the technicians worked "un-supervised". I had to install some network cabling recently and got into the ceiling myself (first person since hte technician) and thought while I am there to have a look at the geysers myself, only to notice that it was just the outer cover and stuffing and that the copper insides were removed. I have raised this with Adhoc Plumbing and have not received any feedback. As I have no physical proof that it was the technician that removed the Copper inners from the geysers, it leaves me with no choice but to get the SAPS involved. I just suspect it must be him, as there could be no water stored inside the Geyser outer and stuffing without the copper inners. If I am proofed to be wrong, I will be the first to publish an apology in this regard.
