I have been registered for Chronic illness benefit with Bankmed since 2023. I submitted a new script at the pharmacy as I do every 6 months after a checkup. However I was informed the claim was rejected as there is no chronic benefit. After calling into Bankmed I was assisted by Mikayla, who also confirmed there was no chronic benefit on my profile. She has unable to assist and requested that I call in today as the Chronic department is only available till 5pm. I called in today (ref 11806693985)and spoke to Bontle who once again confirmed there is no chronic benefit, and went on to confirm with the claims department. Her feedback is the system is not linked or updated for the claims department to payout for my medication. After almost 3 years of being with Bankmed I am unable to receive medication due to system update failure? She advised that I return to the pharmacy and resubmit the claim and it will be escalated. So I went back to the pharmacy, only for the claims to be rejected again. Bontle also advised that I purchase the medication myself and submit a claim, assuming that I make provision in my budget to purchase medication while contributing monthly to a medical aid that is supposed to serve that very purpose. As it stands now I do not have any Medication to take and I was advised it would be escalated to case managers with an SLA of 1-2 days. For the first time in 6 years due to bankmed I have not received my medication. Is it an error, incompetence or just lack of attention? Now what I would like to know is what happens to my health in the process of your update Bankmed? What happens to my health ? I cannot begin to stress the sensitivity of my condition, something you are well aware of or should be. And as a whole Chronic illness department, your lack of urgency and the response to this just screams we don't care and it's okay just wait for the SLA there's nothing else to be done. Claire Musonda - area manager - Pizza hut Lynwood and Menlyn. She is a Gem, Pizza hut has a tresure in that woman and they must appreciate her. We both are in the same line of business (customer service) and she does well to retain clients and uphold the name of the business.

Pizza hut Lynwood ridge Two different types of pizza : looks burnt the same way, looks the same and taste the same. Pizza hut in Lynwood ridge: when I left I overheard teller and kitchen staff saying out loud in their home language - another problem corn and sort out ... I bought sweet chilli chicken and BBQ chicken and Macon only to get home to the same burnt looking pizza that also taste the same only to be told it's because there is a difference between pan and traditional of which I didn't understand if traditional and pan taste and looks differently my question is doesn't the brand mean a different pizza and flavour not traditional or pan? Worst pizza , no flavour a d money down the drain, I regret to have presented such to my family for supper Pizza hut Lynwood ridge is not to be trusted on service flavour and toppings, meaning walk away - could have went to the competition which is close to my house, I hate that I drove longer for such a disappointment
HONOURING FEES - YET AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A YEAR, AFTER THEY WERE REVERSED THE LAST TIME. I JUST FEEL HONOURING FEE MEANS THEY HAVE HONOURED SOMETHING BUT IN THIS CASE I AM CHARGED HONOURING FEE YET I PAY FOR ALL MY TRANSACTIONS AND STILL GET CHARGED BANK FEES, MONTHY FEES, TRANSACTIONAL FEES AND THEN ALL OF SUDDEN YET AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME AFTER BEING REVERSED I AM CHARGED WHAT STANDATD BANK CALLS - HONOURING FEES... I AM ALREADY PAYING TOO MUCH - PLEASE RETURN OR REVERSE TO CONTINUE KEEPING ME AS A CLIENT.
Standard Bank Group - It is so shameful to notice small amounts, bit by bit every month taken away from you as a form of bank charges. I pay for every little thing I do with this bank, and they come back and charge you amounts they shouldn't and when you complain and state your case and they find no ground to explain those charges they refund all the mentioned amounts. Every month is a struggle and a fight with this bank about the exorbitant unexplained amounts that they return back or charge you twice. I have been charged R 8.50 so many times for an unpaid online purchase of netflix and I discovered they also charged overdraft fees as well on top of those charges. Apparently at some point my account was on the minus, and at some point The merchant banked their money late with the bank, and All of a sudden I have an overdraft with overdraft charges that I know nothing about & then I am charged Honouring fees ??? What does the bank have to honor on my behalf cos I use what I have in my account after all those charges they charge me... Mind you the monthly bank charges were all of a sudden increased from R 230. to R250. and once communicated on that day asking what's going on now? Only for someone to immediately send me a chart of new fees... Please be careful and check your bank statements as you are charged for every single transaction you make, monthly charges, Honouring fees and like me "Overdraft fees & honoring fees, online purchase fees together with unpaid online purchase fees on a cheque account with overdraft even if you DON'T HAVE ONE and they imposed for their own charges... In these hard times every rand counts and being charged for everything, then - the all of a sudden, + the unknown and + the imposed is not affordable... STOP THESE EXTORSION TENDENCIES... Bank fees and charges according to agreements not by internal lingo imposed charges - Standard bank cannot recover business losses through clients as that is compromising your business ethical conduct.
AFTER BUYING ON THE DRIVE THROUGH WAS MADE TO STAND OVER 10 MINUTES AT PARKING WAITING FOR FOOD, WHEN i EVENTUALLY WENT IN IT SEEMED LIKE NO ONE KNEW ABOUT MY ORDER , THEY FINALLY PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A GREASED BAD THAT LOOKED USED AND HANDED ME THE FOOD OVER A CLEANER AND ASSISTANT WHICH ALSO BROUGHT TO ME HYGIENE CONVERN. I HATE BUYING BREAKFAST AT THAT PLACE AS IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
There is a rude, arroagant, disrespectful and no care, bad stinking street lingo attitide by the name of Khanyi, that has made you guys loose business, if your staff in the forefront is like her, I prefer not to do business with you at all and buy something cheaper and advanced in technology.
