Logged a return, 34 days later items not collected
Return logged for order AZA03265312 on 19 June, 34 days ago. The items are still not collected. Called in multiple times and had numerous communication via emails. All i am told is they escalated to the courier and give it some time for it to be collected. 34 days later and i should still just give it some time. Absolutely ********** customer service from such a global brand!

I will donate the items I don't need as i believe the collection will never happen.Thanks, please cancel this return, if it actually still exists.
