Good day Hope you well I am hoping you can assist with solving my issue with my insurance (Admin Plus) I have been insured with them for the past 2 years, always paid my premiums on time, On the 19 January 2024 I lost my phone, they refused to payout and rejected my claims ,they advised that the terms and conditions have changed from the time I took up the cover I was still told it's a comprehensive cover, so I don't understand why have they changed the definition I sent a message to the complaints department there was no kind of feedback I ended up reversing my debit order since the matter wasn't resolved They later sent an email stating that they have canceled my policy And they will not be refunded all my premiums paid
