Bridgy

I had an phone insurance with them which I then cancel it on the 13 of January 2026.On the 19 February I was billed and money was taken out of my account R664.96 then I call them which I was took I will be refunded.Till today I haven’t got my refund I have been emailing and calling them always tell me they still waiting for it to be approved or sometimes they tell me to call MTn because is the one that need to refund me and is only this month the removed me from their bill roll which still this month I was billed but they didn’t take any amount.

Is being a month and few days now waiting for the refund but there is no clear communication of when will I get my refund
