Admyt did not process a payment which meant I was in R11 in arrears. The website and the app would not allow me to top it up manually. Eventually the problem sorted itself out. I have emailed several times to ask what to do if it happens again and they keep copying & pasting that the arrears were cleared and next time to top up manually, ignoring my repeated report that the system WOULD NOT ALLOW A TOP-UP. When I joined Admyt years ago, we had access via a phone call to clear problems. There is no longer personal service when a customer has a problem.
