I was double charged by Admyt They claimed my original payment didn’t go through, yet the money was clearly deducted from my bank account. Nineteen days later, they debited me again for the same payment.
I submitted bank statements proving the double deduction. Instead of resolving it, I was stuck dealing with Zendesk automation and generic responses. They eventually closed the ticket, saying there was no response from me, when I was waiting for their feedback.
Very poor support and extremely frustrating experience. Check your bank statements carefully if you use this app.
