Unhappy customer
I’ve been waiting for my order for more than a month now. No communication of what so ever regarding my order. Tried contacting them but it seems as if their accounts have been deactivated as well as their email address. I do not recommend their services!!!!! At this point i just want my money back

Unhappy customer
I’ve been waiting for my order for more than a month now. No communication of what so ever regarding my order. Tried contacting them but it seems as if their accounts have been deactivated as well as their email address. I do not recommend their services!!!!! At this point i just want my money back

Order placed and paid for a month ago. Heard nothing since.
I placed an order a month ago for a pair of personalized pajamas and I have still not received them. I have tried to call, SMS, and email then and there is no response besides an automated email. I doubt my order will ever arrive. Do not order from this business.

Order placed and paid for a month ago. Heard nothing since.
I placed an order a month ago for a pair of personalized pajamas and I have still not received them. I have tried to call, SMS, and email then and there is no response besides an automated email. I doubt my order will ever arrive. Do not order from this business.

Adore Couture, into ****ming people
I have been waiting for my Pyjamas for more than two months, & there is no communication from the company. They don’t respond to emails, DMs and the WhatsApp number provided is not functional. I messaged the owner “Joy-Lee”, she promised to trace my order but she never returned back to me. She keeps ignoring every mess I send her. These people cannot be allowed to continue living glamorous lives while ****ming people.

Utterly disgusting experience with Adore Couture SA!🚮
I’m currently entangled in a frustrating exchange with Adore Couture SA!🤢 It's bewildering how a business can be so arrogant in the face of its shortcomings. Claiming, "there is nothing wrong with our production," while delivering incorrect products, wrong sizes, and shockingly poor quality garments with *****ed stitching and an abundance of loose threads. How can one be arrogant in such a situation? 🤦🏾♀️ There has been some efforts for exchanges from the owner Joy-Lee, but given the overall poor quality of these PJs, a refund is the only acceptable thing at this point. Response and communication from Adore Couture SA has been slow and lacking in addressing the inconveniences caused. And those return terms that they have on their website also seem ********. Please, catch me dead in those PJs. I only want my refund, swiftly so and with no stories.

This business does not exist anymore!!! They still have a fully run website where you can place orders. Even Black Friday sale. My money was taken and now it’s is gone. All the owner says is it’s closed. Be aware !!

No Contact from Company - Radio Silence
Hi I recently placed an online order with this company and inputted my email address incorrectly. I have tried to make contact with the company but to no avail. The number online is engaged, multiple emails have been sent and only recieved an automated response. I have reached out and sent multiple messages through Facebook and Instagram. and nobody has responded since As you can imagine i am quite worried that my order is being processed and that I will receive what I have paid for . I hope Hello Peter can assist me in contacting this business to get some feedback on my order.
