Refusal to refund a large amount of money
Waiting for a refund to the value of R24000.00 for 5 months - Disgusting!!!! This was for a family member that did not survive the entire stay. So we are for the last 5 months unable to move forward with our mourning because of this lack of service. Appalling!!!

No Contact from Company - Radio Silence
Hi I recently placed an online order with this company and inputted my email address incorrectly. I have tried to make contact with the company but to no avail. The number online is engaged, multiple emails have been sent and only recieved an automated response. I have reached out and sent multiple messages through Facebook and Instagram. and nobody has responded since As you can imagine i am quite worried that my order is being processed and that I will receive what I have paid for . I hope Hello Peter can assist me in contacting this business to get some feedback on my order.
