Iām currently entangled in a frustrating exchange with Adore Couture SA!𤢠It's bewildering how a business can be so arrogant in the face of its shortcomings. Claiming, "there is nothing wrong with our production," while delivering incorrect products, wrong sizes, and shockingly poor quality garments with *****ed stitching and an abundance of loose threads. How can one be arrogant in such a situation? š¤¦š¾āāļø There has been some efforts for exchanges from the owner Joy-Lee, but given the overall poor quality of these PJs, a refund is the only acceptable thing at this point. Response and communication from Adore Couture SA has been slow and lacking in addressing the inconveniences caused. And those return terms that they have on their website also seem ********. Please, catch me dead in those PJs. I only want my refund, swiftly so and with no stories.
The Incredible Connection's line in Sandton City is never ever ever ever ever answered, I would like to know what the issue is here. If you are not going to answer the line that you communicate to customers, it makes you look like there is bad management within your system as your staff are making you look bad deliberately. <br> <br> I have a simple query as a potential customer and I have to drive there to get an answer, seriously????<br> <br>
