This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had with Adumo Online. A simple request to update my bank account details has dragged on for more than a month and still isn’t resolved, creating unnecessary problems in my accounting. I have repeatedly asked Giancarlo to finalise the update. I completed the online forms, received confirmation, yet the funds are still being paid into my old account. I’m trying to remain civil, as requested, but nothing has been done and the issue continues. Please update the banking details without further delay.
