This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had with Adumo Online. A simple request to update my bank account details has dragged on for more than a month and still isn’t resolved, creating unnecessary problems in my accounting. I have repeatedly asked Giancarlo to finalise the update. I completed the online forms, received confirmation, yet the funds are still being paid into my old account. I’m trying to remain civil, as requested, but nothing has been done and the issue continues. Please update the banking details without further delay.

I am extremely disappointed with the MTN LTE coverage in Sedgefield. The service is consistently poor, with noticeable gaps in coverage due to offline towers, and no one seems to be addressing the issue. Reliable network connectivity is crucial, yet MTN fails to provide adequate service in this area. Takealot has provided the worst experience I've ever had with an eCommerce company. The service was terrible from beginning to end, and reaching their customer service was nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of Takealot. Their service is truly shameful.
I tried calling 2 times both holding on automated answering service for more than 6 minutes. Terrible phone system. The chat bot is the worst thing invented. What happened to talking to a human.
