Advance pools
I'd like to thank Brandon and his crew for the hassle free installation of the pool. The customer service is excellent and Brandon's willingness to ensure you are taken care of and your pool is in top shape are definitely praiseworthy. Highly recommend them and get your orders in now before summer madness hits!

I'd like to thank Brandon and his crew for the hassle free installation of the pool. The customer service is excellent and Brandon's willingness to ensure you are taken care of and your pool is in top shape are definitely praiseworthy. Do not recommend Advance Pools
In Thornwood Estate, Pinehurst, Durbanville. Poor after sales service & Poor communication. Hardly professional. Brandon didnt tell us when the men would arrive nor leave. When they started working on the first day, a hot scorching summer’s day, they were not prepared. When i told Brandon, they asked me for water and food, for 3 days- I gave them cooldrink & sandwiches- he told me I shouldn’t have given them. Lucky & his men just arrive and leave, leaving gate open or unlocked. When they finished the job, just left, leaving the site dirty, no final sweep down or cleanup and storm water drain blocked from debris. He never apologises, even on a particular day, when his men did not pitch twice, making me wait the whole day. We had to ask Brandon about doing a handover/final inspection, initially sending video’s only. I have evidence of the above review. Hellopeter, this is a true account of our personal experience. Brandon, owner, threatened legal action when he demanded i remove my reviews on google

Thank you to Brandon, Juan, Len, Lucky and the team at Advance Pools. From start to finish we had a great experience. They were prompt, professional and completed the installation well within the agreed time. It looks fantastic as well. A special thanks to Brandon, who when asked if they could prioritise our installation for my daughters birthday, made a plan to get it done. I would definitely recommend them as a preferred service provider.

Absolutely Brilliant!!!
WOW!!!! What an absolutely fantastic experience!! We made use of Advance Pools to install a swimming pool (5m x 2.5m) at our home. We have a narrow backyard and there was very limited space to maneuver, which meant the swimming pool had to be moved across our roof by hand. This proved to be no problem for Advance Pools as Lucky and his team worked effectively and efficiently, they cleaned as they went and before you know it, our pool was installed. Advance Pools (Juan, Brandon and Team) provided us with excellent advice, guidance and professional service. We cannot recommend them enough. I must give a final shout-out to "Generaal" Lucky - he was indeed "Die-Man-met-die-Plan"!

My experience with Advanced Pools was exceptional from start to finish. I recently purchased a fiberglass shell from them, and the entire process was seamless. The quality of the fiberglass shell is outstanding. It's clear that it was made with great care and attention to detail. I'm confident that it will provide me with a beautiful and durable pool for many years to come. I also want to give a special shout-out to the sales representative, Corne. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always polite and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure I was happy with my purchase. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend Advanced Pools for their high-quality products and excellent customer service.
