Advanced Utilities is a ****
Have this internet for going on 2 years now. Internet has not been working for almost 2 years, this company left cables laying everywhere, telephones not connected, Wi-Fi never worked, made us sign a 5-year contract and it's not working. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE. The Previous guy in Charge Ashraf is a ****mer.

Advanced Utilities is a ****
Have this internet for going on 2 years now. Internet has not been working for almost 2 years, this company left cables laying everywhere, telephones not connected, Wi-Fi never worked, made us sign a 5-year contract and it's not working. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE. The Previous guy in Charge Ashraf is a ****mer.

WORST INTERNET SUPPLIER
I took out this contract a year ago and my internet is still working. I emailed, i phoned, i complained, this people just ignore me every day. THE WORST internet supplier, i will not recommend using this company .

I took out this contract a year ago and my internet is still working. I emailed, i phoned, i complained, this people just ignore me every day. THE WORST internet supplier, i will not recommend using this company .

Advanced Utilities Shocking Service
I purchased 2 x generators from Advanced utilities, I had to request from them to come and service my 1 x big generator which was part of their contract agreement, I waited +- 2 months for a technician to come out, the technician would not come out unless a deposit was paid which Advance Utilities had to cover, they refused to cover the deposit and I ended up having to pay for it, after Ashraf confirmed that they would reimburse me, I had to call and email them about 3 times reminding them to refund me. Then my other generator gave problems the two batteries was faulty, it took Advanced Utilities 2-3 weeks to attend to this problem, during that time I had to go and purchase 2 x new batteries, which did not solve the problem... so I had a downtime of almost a month now... This problem is STILL NOT SORTED ! I found out that Advanced Utilities don't have their own technicians they find technicians on Gumtree. During all this time we had downtime, losing production hours due to these problems, impacting on my delivery dates to my clients, both generators was still under the first year of warranty where Advanced Utilities was liable for a service and if anything goes wrong. I was told by Ashraf to forward our Invoice for the batteries and the my Invoice for the downtime loss of production which was only for one day.... we ended up being without the generator for weeks now. To date Advanced Utilities have not paid a cent towards those Invoices. This is the worst company you can deal with as they make promises and they do not follow thru, they are quick to make business and once they have your account, Customer service falls away, This company chases money and forgets about their clients.... Please watch out!

Be careful and aware!
I don’t even have the words to describe my experience by advanced utilities. I have never been more disappointed in a company that provides Wi-Fi and cellular service. I have been debited for amounts they mentioned “No you have agreed to the price “and this is what the owner Ashraf has said and I’ve mentioned this is not a flee market where we negotiate this is a contract with the set price. And I have been debited for amounts that wasn’t on my contract. It might seem that this is uneccassery but this is what I’ve experienced. It’s solely up to you if you want to use them but please be aware and careful.

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!
PEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The worst ever company!! We are paying every month double the amount for the router and the stupid phone and they said the amount will not be that much. Then the agents say no the contract is for 3 years but when we signed and all was done we saw the contract is for 5 years! The cell phone they gave us as they said is much better, is a peace off ****!!! And now that they got there way you never here from them again. Most pathetic company ever!!! Now we are stuck with the pathetic company for 5 years!!

Poor connection, slow internet and NO after sale service
This company has given us excellent service before we signed up with them. The sales rep offered us better service, faster internet speed, etc. for less than we paid at that stage. The whole process before the contract was signed went smooth with no hassles. We are now 6 month down the line and struggling with poor connection, very low internet speed and no after sale service. They signed us up for a 6 year period after the offered us a month to month no strings attached option. They financed the hardware installed for 10 times the price and we had to take out insurance for the large amount. We are currently paying the same as with previous service provider, but the service is horrendous. No way to get out of this contract and stuck for 6 years. How crazy is that!
