I canceled by them for being too expensive, then they called to offer a cheaper deal. So I took it. The lady said OK the cancelation is already in order please pay this amount then we won't switch you off. I paid Friday, it's Tuesday and it's been off since Friday. Now I am on the phone waiting for someone to answer, R500 later in airtime and someone still didn't answer
I took out this contract a year ago and my internet is still working. I emailed, i phoned, i complained, this people just ignore me every day. THE WORST internet supplier, i will not recommend using this company.
Have this internet for going on 2 years now. Internet has not been working for almost 2 years, this company left cables laying everywhere, telephones not connected, Wi-Fi never worked, made us sign a 5-year contract and it's not working. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE. The Previous guy in Charge Ashraf is a ****mer.
Yesterday, i bought Mozzarella sticks, and broke a tooth. It was rock hard, cold and old. R50 down the drain. I stay far from BK, so for me to drive back is more fuel than what the meal was worth. They won't replace your food, nor care that they gave you old food. BK N1 City is extremely problematic. I bought a meal once for 6 people, and the girl told me straight she can only give 2 mayo, a meal for 6 must share 2 mayo, pathetic. N1 City BK needs new owners.
WORST BANK EVER! I've been with this bank since 2012 and recently my bank account was hacked, and I lost all my money. I phoned in and reported it, and the bank simply declined the request. I will change banks now, FNB will lose 2 business accounts now. Horrible service.

Bought a car here about 4 months ago, had to fill the oil twice, asked them what's wrong, they took the car back "trying to fix it" Now I'm without a car and they can't solve the problem, I'm paying a car I don't have. They use it on weekends probably for personal use, they can't even give a curtesy car. When I call them, they promise that I will get the car back "this day" then when I phone a day after they end the call while I am still talking. I go there and they hide behind the desk. Horrible service.
I have my wifi for 2 weeks now and i could probably use it for 24h only. I have to restart the router every time just for me to watch 5 mins of a movie. When i phone technical no one answer. Horrible.
Worst customer service. I am on the phone for 2.5 hours. No one can help me, don't know what they get paid for. All they do it put you through to someone else. Horrible, seriously
Getting a contract is easy, canceling it is impossible. Telkom just wont let you cancel. Make you pay "1 more installment" 10 times. And when you phone after you paid, they will say no there is still a payment due. WORST COMPANY
