Bad Internet.
Hi Advance Utilities.
Would like to know why the internet is soooo extremely bad? As I contacted you guys on whatsapp last week with no reply.

As I have discussed with Hein previously, we provided you with a stable and uncapped internet connection at your offices, this connection was fast and had no issues, the slow speeds that you are experiencing is due to a third party moving the equipment to your house without any prior signal tests or proper alignment being done.
We initially quoted to professionally move the equipment ourselves but our quote was rejected, we have once again quoted to remedy the now faulty installation but have not heard further from you.
