We made an online purchase at Makro, purchase was made on 31ste January, it is 11th February and we still have not received our order!! We called support and no one can tell us when it will be delivered!! So at the end we cancelled the order.

What a ****ing useless phone system! We have ask for a call back twice and everytime they call then we explain everything and the agent lets us hold on then the line just goes dead!!! Useless!
My daughters phone was ****** laste week Thursday. We called Cell C to do a sim swop then the system as all these security questions and every single time they block us because the system says the security quations is not right!!! Then everytime you must call back again. We have been trying 6 times with no luck!!! How can this be as everything answer my husband gives is the correct answer!!! How will we ever be able to do a swim swop when every singel time the system says the security answers is incorrect!!! The phone is on contract and if we can't do a sim swop we won't be able to use the contract!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Good day, Last year (June 2024) I contacted Cell-C to correct the mistake on the duration of my contract. Cell-C changed it back to a 24-month contract – the way it should be. For some reason Cell-C changed my contract to a 36-month contract without my knowledge. This was corrected last year. Apparently this opened a “case” and I learned last week that Cell-C cancelled the contract without my knowledge. Suddenly airtime started running out and I now have to buy airtime because my number is now on prepaid. The number 084 481 8009 was always an open line, this is my business number. Now Cell-C tells me that this number is not listed on their system! They are not even suggesting that they can fix it or reinstate my number to a contract with open line. I’ve had this contract for at least 20 years, it was renewed every 2 years. There was never a problem? When I phoned for my upgrade last week every agent I spoke to tells me that I only have one contract! I should have 2. If 084 481 8009 is not linked to my profile, then why do I still receive an invoice for that number? How can it be so difficult to just fix it, so it can be the way it was before? I cannot work with prepaid. The remaining contract 061 881 0739 was now upgraded. I was going to receive the new device yesterday the 3rd of February 2025. I still don't have it? At this stage I feel I want to part from Cell-C otherwise I'm doing legal steps. Yesterday I was cut off for the 3rd time, the conversation just going over to the call-ratings by itself and no one calling me back?

I have a debit order with Fevertree for the amount of R360. I have noticed that my debit order was R602.50 this month. I emailed them asked why is my debit order so much all of a sudden! I upgraded a week back and chose the Galaxy A35 5G that comes with a Galaxy Watch and ear pods! I never received my watch and ear pods!! Only the phone! Have send numerous emails to ask where is my watch and ear pods with no luck!! I called them and one of there agent said somebody will call me in regards of the goods i did not receive. Never got a call!!! ******* you are Mtn!!
