Brilliant service, quick replies.
I was very impressed with Trevors knowledge, stock levels and pricing of Kappa Panniers and Mounting hardware. He was professional, quick and knowledgable with his responses and I hope to do more business with him in the future. All the best

Bad Service
I have sent multiple e-mails, as well as called Trevor regarding prices on various bike accessories.<br> <br> He has not once bothered to reply to my e-mails. And when I speak to him over the phone, he keeps promising he will send me the prices now..<br> How long is your \now"Trevor???<br> If this is how long I need to wait for prices"
