In November 2023, I sent an email to various MFC departments, instructing them to update their debit order system, in order to deduct my monthly instalment from my new Nedbank account. To date they are still trying to deduct my instalment from my old ABSA account. Every month I must transfer funds into my old ABSA account, so that MFC can do the debit order. A few times the funds weren't available when MFC tried to debit my ABSA account, resulting in that I then needed to withdraw those funds, and pay them manually in at the bank. And every month I send them an email requesting the change. Yesterday some arrogant woman from MFC contacted me. I told her the situation, but she was so rude. And I told her, if they don't update their system, the can go without payment this month. I will not run after them and waist my time at the bank, having to do a manual payment. Nor an EFT for the matter. They have had plenty of time to update their system. I thought Nedbank & MFC would offer better service, but obviously I was totally mistaken. I

I was on the verge of picking up my "brand new" 2022 Suzuki Burgman 125cc. Just to find out that this little s****** was still the old 2018 / 2019 carburetor model. I had done my homework beforehand, and knew that Suzuki had upgraded the s****** to a Fuel Injection version in 2020. When I asked the Dealer, they said that Suzuki SA is supplying them with this (old) model, as they will not be bringing in the newer model until all current stock has been sold. So basically, you and I, the customers, must be satisfied with getting a 3 year old motorcycle but paying new 2022 prices. What a ripoff. I Suzuki SA at least offered us the 2019 carburetor model and a reduced price, I could understand. End of last year the "new"s****** was R 23 800. Now suddenly - because it's now 2022 - the same s****** costs R 24 250. Nearly R500 more because it's now a new year, but yet Suzuki SA is still giving us 2019 model bikes. Suzuki SA, I hope the country reads this.
A big thumbs-up to Aldred from Bike Tyres Online, and to Louis Jordaan & Johann Piek at Treads Unlimited. I purchased a set of bike tires from the Sharwoods Bike Tires website. Received them 4 days later, had them fitted, and found that the front tire had a bit of a wobble at certain speeds. Contacted Aldred, who got in touch with his supplier - Louis Jordaan and his Bloemfontein rep, Johann Piek. They have offered to replace both front & rear with a new set. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your efforts.
I purchased a demo model Honda Africa Twin from Honda East Rand. The Sales lady, Daleen Webber, and the Vehicle Finance lady, Nokuthula Tsosane, gave excellent service. They really went the extra mile to accommodate me and did everything to complete the deal speedily. I would like to give them both a big Thank You. And I would definitely recommend Honda East Rand. I had someone interested in purchasing a Fit Watch from me, which I advertised on a well known website. They asked to pay me via PayPal, as it was secure. I agreed. I recieved "confirmation" from, what looked like an email from PayPal. But never recieved the payment in my PayPal account. When I tried contacting the buyer, their mobile was disconnected.
At the beginning of April I applied for vehicle finance from Wesbank. I assumed it would be a quick and easy process, as I have been a client of them for many years.<br> First Wesbank contacted me, via e-mail, asking for documents.<br> Then TittleGuard started contacting me, asking for the same documents. Oh, but they also need various documents and letters from the seller... Which I had to contact him for and ask him.<br> This went on for 2 weeks, where I had to play \middle-man"between TittleGuard and the seller. \""Ask the seller for this document. O no"
I have sent multiple e-mails, as well as called Trevor regarding prices on various bike accessories.<br> <br> He has not once bothered to reply to my e-mails.
