Morne and his team installed in 2022 an inverter and battery and everything went smooth, till I order and paid for a 16kv inverter R56000.00 and battle to get the product from him. Numerous messages and promises from him that he will refund. Eventually I found out the Inverter money was paid into Barend Kleynhans from 3D Innovations bank account at Standard bank which was not fishy to me in the beginning because the Business account is either Standard Bank or ABSA. If anyone need the proof of bank details I will submit it. We need to stop this individual to take people's money and not providing any product.

Questionable Service Indeed
Morne sent his team in a flash to do the quote and then says special offer ending that day to ensure immediate deposit payment from me- Quote was for 420w panels, immediate deposit would ensure "free upgrade" to larger 550w panels. I paid the deposit in January 2024.Utter deterioration from there to the point where I was demanding a refund of my deposit 6 weeks after payment in March as he had still not done the installation. Doesn't take your calls, replies to your messages days after with various excuses as to why he couldn't get back to you. I have asked him questions via wa recently re the installation and have received no reply so be prepared for no after sales service.

Poor service delivery
Paid the owner R3550 for a single 12V 50amp lithium battery. I have waited 2 weeks already and no battery or my money back even after requesting that he send me back my money if he cannot get the battery it is going onto 3 weeks now and i am a very unhappy client

AE Smart Solutions solar installer
I have ordered and paid the solar installer AE Smart Solutions for installing solar panels. After the payment was made he came and installed the panels. The panels were smaller, less wattage as what I've paid for. I insisted on the larger panels that I've already paid for. They then came and removed the panels and disappeared with the panels and my money. Stay away from AE Smart Solutions for any solar installations.

AE Smart Solution Running away with my money
We purchased a 5KW Solar system from this company. They took almost 2 weeks to come and install the system, but they did not install the Battery or setup the system. They keep on saying they will come and install the battery, but then do not pitch up. It has now been a month and a half and no communication from their side. I have given them over to the Ombudsman. They are seemingly running away with the money. Please stay clear of these people.
