Poor Quality and Service
The products and services are of poor quality. Poor service. The Geyser was installed in 2019. In 2023 the geyser needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. On 15 October 2025, the geyser did not heat up and the thermostat needed replacement. This implies that only the tank was replaced in 2023. I contacted Kwikot and their response was, it is no longer under warranty and in essence it is just too bad because they can't guarantee whether their thermostats will last for a year or longer, likewise they cannot guarantee the lifespan of the geyser. I would therefore advise consumers to not purchase kwikot products because they cannot guarantee lifespan of their products.

Please be advised that the thermostat is covered by a one-year warranty, which applies strictly to manufacturing defects.Regrettably, damage such as burnt electrical wires does not fall under the scope of this warranty. Such issues may result from factors outside of the product's manufacturing process, including overcurrent supply, improper wire sizing, or hot connections.We sincerely value your understanding in this matter and remain committed to supporting you where we can.

At the end of the day, Kwikot installed the geyser, which means that Kwikot sourced the services of an electrician to do all the wiring, etc. So, your response doesn't change the fact that Kwikot does not offer quality services. As a consumer, I should not get to this point when dealing with service providers. Kwikot is still not a company that I would recommend to anyone, and I'm sure I am not the only one. There are so many bad reviews for Kwikot, which also implies that Kwikot does not value consumer experiences and perceptions.
