Overbilling complaint

Joseph assisted me he was friendly and helpful, but I am sorry to say the price I paid seems excessive and that I wasn't properly quoted and I suspect an honest billing mistake

I see you are charging R2799 for a explorer and installation package, so you will understand my shock why am I being charged R3074 for a smart lnb , dish move and 26m cable, it dit not make sense to me. I went online and then saw your package, deal which led me to investigate further.

I was charged R1250 For a digital receiver that I could have bought at Ellies for R449, I was charged R375 for 26 m cable I could buy it at builders for +- R150, then I was charged R599 for installation, installation of what? I had my own small HD decoder the dish was already there and cables in place.

See the invoice attached, I am not unwilling to pay but I have something against being taken for a ride, an honest billing mistake could have occurred but it is doubtful. Please review this and responde back to me. If a refund is due to me please let me know.

I immediately told Joseph they don't have to return for further work at my house that would have occurred next week. I have already notified the person that revered you to me to stop revering you to her clients this is shocking.
