Haven’t seen something like this before!!
Thieves. Give you a low price on the phone and charge you double. Will bug you to death till you pay them. Stay away.

Overbilling complaint
Good day Joseph assisted me he was friendly and helpful, but I am sorry to say the price I paid seems excessive and that I wasn't properly quoted and I suspect an honest billing mistake I see you are charging R2799 for a explorer and installation package, so you will understand my shock why am I being charged R3074 for a smart lnb , dish move and 26m cable, it dit not make sense to me. I went online and then saw your package, deal which led me to investigate further. I was charged R1250 For a digital receiver that I could have bought at Ellies for R449, I was charged R375 for 26 m cable I could buy it at builders for +- R150, then I was charged R599 for installation, installation of what? I had my own small HD decoder the dish was already there and cables in place. See the invoice attached, I am not unwilling to pay but I have something against being taken for a ride, an honest billing mistake could have occurred but it is doubtful. Please review this and responde back to me. If a refund is due to me please let me know. I immediately told Joseph they don't have to return for further work at my house that would have occurred next week. I have already notified the person that revered you to me to stop revering you to her clients this is shocking.

Aerea Connect DSTV installers never to be trusted
I just wrote a review on what was supposed to be Dish TEk, only to find out this devious company is called Aerea Connect. Don't ever trust these devious thieves who make promises and never honour them. Just after installation, the signal was lost intermittently and they promised to fix it. Now we have NO signal after a storm and now there is still empty promises!! Clearly foreign nationals cashing in! Don't trust them ever!

Bunch of thieves, charged my 70 year old mom for full installation when all equipment was already in place an all that needed to happen was a loose wire needed to be reconnected. When trying to call they blocked my number. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. They also charged R900 for a R300 LNB. You have been warned.

Over promise under False pretences
I called up Aerea Connect spoke to I think a joseph from the Midrand and surrounding area. I was quoted an installation price to connect an Explora decoder and a second PVR price R650. When the guys arrived they basically just had to run cables of which was not discussed in the initial quote on my invoice its written 18metres was used changing the price by R600 rand. The amount of cable used was about right but if I wasn't quoted that one could have negotiated except the guy Joseph stuck to his figure or threatened to pull out the cables. These guys need to learn how to do a quote everyone know prices are subject to change but you need to either put it into writing or verbal agreement. Anyway I paid just to get rid of these guys ........I would never use their services again hope that they could learn from this as I did the hard way. Disappointed Customer never to return
