I bought a 55" TCL QLED Mini LED tv from Incredible Connection (online)- I learnt later that the tv was suppo**** by HiFi Corporation in Wonderpark. The TV was delivered on 29 December and it worked well at first. Then it would switch off randomly- now it is frequest- at least every 15 min- extremely frustrating!
Communication is excellent, but logistics (core business) sucks! Is this a courier service or a circus act? My parcel LD-YNFTYG was scheduled for delivery today. I gor an SMS to fetch it in 5 minutes. The driver handed me the parcel and asked for the PIN, which I gave to him. He then told me it was wrong. I showed him the SMS and he then said that he may have given me the wrong parcel. Which indeed was the case. Then an "easter egg" hunt ensued and no easter eggs or a ****y prize, I am sad to say. No apology - just an indication that he will call when he finds the parcel- Is this a professional service, a service or a lottery game?
I bought a Mercedes Benz SLK 200 at Silver Lakes We Buy cars yesterday (30 June). It was categoity B and had a gold sticker, meaning it was deemed to be roadworthy. When I took if to Dekra (who also gives WE Buy care these Gold and other ratings) failed the car- They flagged faults that were given the all clear in the DEKRA report- This tantamount to ***** and deception. I had a reputable mechanic who works on Mercedes look at it and he did the diagnostics and he flagged these fauklts an othes- like oil in the coolant. His quote tom repair this amounted to R 48 000. The Salesperson J C Jansen promised to help with a refund- because I am not happy buying car in such pathetic condition. It has cost me a lot and inconvenienced me too- apart from the stress for a man in his late 60s!. I have asked them to collect the car from me, provide a refund soonest. I hope to hear from them soon. They requested a quote that I provided and the salesman said that he will commence the refund process ( I have a voicenote from him). I hope that I can be refunded soon - like the way I had to pay immediately! The public need to be aware of this illicit and deceptive conduct. We Buy Cars is now a big NO for me!
Outsurance has offered me superb service. I had household insurance with Discovery and this was problematic. Outsurance offered me a far better premium with more value-adds. They also provide regular updates and news. I am very happy with them.
This dealer posted an advert on Cars.co.za. It claimed to have spare keys, new tryes and that it was in good condition. I travelled from Pretoria and found flat tyres. no spare key, threadbare tyres, engine warning lights. I was then told it was sols as is and I could make an offer and that the RWC could be done without the car being present on the dealer floor. The salesman Bongani was a shady person and said I have to come in because negotiations were subject to ****s- No idea what he means by that. Stay clear from thgis dealership
Temu and Buffalo Couriers are pathetic indeed. After paying for the product and the custom taxes feedback on both whatsapp and email was not forthcoming. I am still waiting
I paid my car off and an automatic payment was made thereafter. I am trying to get a refund and the service is truly pathetic. Calls take long to be answered and when it is answered, I am sent to various people who have their facts all wrong. I tried again today and as the representative was explaining the call cuts. Emails were sent and my complaint registered. But responses are few and vague. Can some person just give me the requisite answers. This is terrible service. Wesbank sucks!

I visited Incredible Connection in Brooklyn, Pretoria yesterday. I was impressed by the service and the service assistant. I bought a Blackview Tab 12 and I was impressed with the store as well as the product. The code for the sales assistant is 221063
Afrihost hosts my website and they are fine. Their data service has a message indicating "limited service". I called the call centre and a technician (sic!) offered pathetic service. He needed to reset my APN- whatever that means. I consider this to be an interruption. I opted to cancel this service out of sheer frustration.
