I bought a VW Touareg V8 from Fynatic Cars. On advertt they advertised the Car is in Perfect Condition and it will be registered by dealer Roadworthy. Once i Paid for the Car Car was not done roadworthy certificate. Last registration was on embassy ownership. I was given a receipt of proof of Payment attached with Car Conditions. Car shocked worn out. Parts falling apart it seems Car was accident Damaged. Spare wheel electric Pump they Promised to Give it later saying it was in the Owners car when i Called back was given a runaround with allegations the Car didn't come with. pump. I believe they are selling. accident damaged Cars under false pretense. People must be very Careful with that dealership they must Pay that dealer before satisfying themselves with the Cars. That dealership is a Serious ****mers

I purchased a 2019 Ford Kuga through a dealer advertising on Cars.co.za (Fynatic Cars Benoni). The car was advertised as being in “excellent condition,” but within 24 hours the engine showed serious faults and was later confirmed by Ford to be full of water and damaged. Paperwork was irregular, the license disc expired, and the dealer has ignored all attempts at resolution. Cars.co.za should take responsibility for the dealers they allow on their platform. Very unhappy with this experience and would not recommend. I contacted cars.co.za , all they did was.. they outlined to me their Terms and Conditions 6.2 and 6.3 via email, then wished me then best

First time buying a 2nd hand car out of all vehicles I've previously owned. This dealership made it my worst nightmare and had me despise cars.co.za . Bought a 2019 Ford Kuga EcoBoost 1.5 Trend. Vehicle said to be in excellent condition on the adverti*****t and service record up to date. Test drove the vehicle for less than 15 minutes around town where all gears could not obviously been engaged. Stop N go situation. Assured all was in order, only to find they were lying. On my way back going home, noticed there wasn't power on the vehicle, it was vibrating and misfiring. Following day the engine light came came on. Checked, found there wasn't coolant in the car. Topped up, only for it not to last a day. Took it to Eastvaal Ford for service. Upon checking they found that the engine had an internal damage. Excessive amounts of coolant entering the combustion chamber on cylinder 3 hence they refused to do any work on it because of that type of engine for that car being discontinued and Ford not fitting in 2nd hand parts. Vehicle was previously in an accident, noticed that after doing paperwork. You first pay then do paperwork. Contacted them but they seem not to be taking me seriously. The vehicles paperwork is also not in order, found that out from the traffic department. Was given a Natis which reflected another company as being owners of the vehicle, whereas that same company does not even reflect at the traffic dep. Licence disc on the car expired. Car now just parked, Engine on limp mode and car not in EXCELLENT condition like they claimed. Purchased the car 2 weeks ago for 148k. Now I will have to spend even more money to get this resolved and I will not rest!

The decision to purchase a vehicle took about half a day and was filled with unnecessary hurdles, ultimately causing the deal to stall without any remorse. The service provided was completely a waste of my time! They sent me from pillar to post with numerous enquiries, treating me like a ********. The customer service left me feeling unimpressed. Pricing a car as if buying it from me is like a favour.

This dealer posted an advert on Cars.co.za. It claimed to have spare keys, new tryes and that it was in good condition. I travelled from Pretoria and found flat tyres. no spare key, threadbare tyres, engine warning lights. I was then told it was sols as is and I could make an offer and that the RWC could be done without the car being present on the dealer floor. The salesman Bongani was a shady person and said I have to come in because negotiations were subject to ****s- No idea what he means by that. Stay clear from thgis dealership

Never purchase a vehicle from this dealer. After I was informed of all the defects of the vehicle I was very happy to still buy it as I had made provision for these isseus financially. After the Sales Agreement was printed it stated that the gearbox needed a major service, I qeuried it and was told that they always mention that in the sales agreement, I was also ensured that if I had isseus there was always help. I paid extra for a tail light to be fiited, I also paid extra for the windscreen to be replaced as it was cracked. The windsceen was replaced 2 days later, I eventually went to pick up the 2nd hand tail light to be fitted at my charge with the garage that serviced my vehicle as I could no longer wait and it was not working which is a serious traffic voilation. The punch to this story is, once I received my car from the garage we took it for a wash only to find out the windscreen Fynatic cars had fitted did not align and the water came seeping through the top of the windscreen in front. I then tried to get assistance with that because I paid for it but eventually just paid to get it refitted. The car was sold without roadwothy, I now know why. The enging light that now indicated a solenoid for the gearbox needs to be replaced at a huge amount is a big problem and can cause automatic geabox failure. I refuse to cary this cost alone and have tried to get assistance, hence my plea on this site. I drive alone with my daughter and I told them this so they could understand my needs. I am so frustrated with the lack of service from the owner and no after sales service.
