Standard Bank Blocked my account at the request of Capitec. Capitec has since send themnan email requesting them.to reopen my account on Saturday the 9th January till today my account is still Blocked. I. Have school commitments to address and this is really frustrating. I have being in Standardbank Branch several times but it seems to bear no fruit.
Bad Customer Care my account was Blocked at the request of Capitec. Went to Capitec and Capitec sent an email to standardbank. Up to now i don't get a good response they are always putting me on calls
I took my Car yesterday for diagnostics. I believe they took my Car and did nothing though i made a booking. I was onlynadvised 16:52 PM when i went back to dealership that the Technician couldn't figure out the Problem i can bring the Car Some other day. This was so disappointing as i took time off from work and fruitless refueling cost
I bought a VW Touareg V8 from Fynatic Cars. On advertt they advertised the Car is in Perfect Condition and it will be registered by dealer Roadworthy. Once i Paid for the Car Car was not done roadworthy certificate. Last registration was on embassy ownership. I was given a receipt of proof of Payment attached with Car Conditions. Car shocked worn out. Parts falling apart it seems Car was accident Damaged. Spare wheel electric Pump they Promised to Give it later saying it was in the Owners car when i Called back was given a runaround with allegations the Car didn't come with. pump. I believe they are selling. accident damaged Cars under false pretense. People must be very Careful with that dealership they must Pay that dealer before satisfying themselves with the Cars. That dealership is a Serious ****mers
I made a Payment from my Discovery Bank account. Tona cell. Number. Only to find out that cell number is not having a Discovery account. My Money has been hanging that from the first August till today it shows Payment Pending. Discovery consultants haven't help me to reverse my money back in my account they tell me to wait 5 days money will automatically reverse. Today is the 5the day still my Money is hanging there i cant access it. Discovery Bank systems are so Bad because they say when u made a Payment they don't have any means to stop or reverse it. So it means there is no form.of assistance or willingness from discovery to assist the clients. Clients are on their own. This is unlike Traditional Banks Yesterday i called the consultant put phone down on my ear
I rented a Car with reservation 547572284.the invoice was Xlosed on Monday the 8th January 2024. Intentionally europcar has been holdin back to my Deposit. I called them Friday the 13th they Promised that they Paid the Money in my account on the day up to today there is no deposit refund in my account. They act Like ****mers because tney have tyre and Windscreen cover and still when something happens to tyre or windscreen deposit is not released. So why create an insurance when u stil have issues. This company need to improve how they treat People
Standard Bank is busy taking me from Pillar to Post. My account was closed because it was Overdrawn. My money was paid from SARS and they told me I can only access it after Seven Days unless the Funds are Confirmed they are Legitimate. SARS confirmed with Hartebeestpoortdam Standard Bank that the funds are Legitimate. Now Standard Bank is telling me to wait for 7 days again. This is Bad cause when the Funds came in were R74660 and now they already deducted what is due to them and funds are R67000 but still they are keeping my account Locked. This is Double standards cause if they had concerns with the the funds they should have not even deducted what is due to them and waited for Seven days . This is double Standard which only suit the rich Bank to become more richer and exploits the Poor like me
Standard Bank Put a Stop activities on my account because it was Overdrawn. Now Money came in my account and they still put on a Stop. I have been in Branch Several Times and Even now iam in Branch waiting to be assisted. There is funds in my account which have paid the Overdrawn amount and still Standard Bank can't unlock my cheque account. My ID number is ********** 377081 . Second option is to Transfer my Funds to another Standard Bank account but when I spoke to the Guy by the name of Camille at Standard Bank Credit rehabilitation he was so rude.
I deposited cash on the 20th and the ATM gave technical error message. I immediately called and they gave me ref num ********** 419 and promised to resolve the problem on the 25th from now on iam being taken from pillar to post. Everytime i call Standardbank Consultants are promising to escalate. This Banks service is worst of its type
