Poor service
Looked at specials being advertised on their website,placed a item in cart and price was not as advertised,when I called I was told to supply their site code or I could not be helped then got transferred to Joseph who argued high and low the item is not on special after I sent him the screen shot from their website he sent me his screen shot with normal price then said the matter can only be referred to management.So management nevermind il order my own item in don't need to deal with this.claiming to be the biggest hobby shop in Africa u should ad with the least amount of service.

Great experience at Aerial Concepts
Dionne and Joseph went out of their way to get my small order for me, and it was delivered without hassle. A few weeks later I went to the shop for the first time, was greeted straight away by a helpful gent who took me round to find everything I needed. Great experience!

That's is what service should be
I normally rate courier guy well , but lately well they seem to be sliding down the same hill the SA government is on. I recently bought a package from Aerial concepts. It was marked with the for my province but they sent it to Mpumalanga. Now two towns with the same names. it happens...... BUt it was the way they handled it. Not what can we do but just excuses and abrupt brush off. ( oh and pay if you want it redirected its not our fault. despite the clear provincial code.) On the other hand I phone aerial concepts their response is opposite. no excuses just , what can we do. what would you like us to do, how can we make it right. No nonsense about whose fault it is.... 5 and a half stars for Aerial COncepts.

Aerial Concepts
I never had a problem with Aerial Concepts. I bought my first Jetcat turbine from them. They made a direct import order from the factory in Germany since they didn't have them in stock yet and I could place a deposit on it. They kept it stored for me until I payed the remainder of the money I owed them. The turbine's motherboard burnt out once and they sent it back to the factory for a new one and it works perfect. I had my jet repaired by them and I bought sports models there. I haven't ever experienced anything there that's even close to worth complaining about.

Worst RC hobby shop.
Hi all, please do not waste your time and money on this Rc hobby shop. They are unfriendly and unhelpful. They are only there to take your money and don't care about you. I bought a flight simulator from them and I asked the guy if it will work with my transmitter i bought from the on a previous occasion, I was promised that it will work 100%. Off co**** you know that was a lie and it did not work. I went back to speak to the guy who sold me thing and they could not assist me, I have wasted to much money and time there, will never go back there. Honestly my worst shopping experience.

Zero Refunds or &&&&s given
To date I have received no emails, no calls and no refund. When I try to call Dean the staff tell me he is busy and won't take my calls. <br> <br> Stay far away from Aerial Concepts - you will be hurting yourself in the end.

They have an agency for Dumas that they refuse to order many parts from and even the kits. Whilst Aerial Concepts mainly deal with Planes having an agency for Model Boats and not keeping anything is an utter disgrace. When talking to the staff the attitude stinks. I try and keep away as much as I can.
