The multichoice branch in Garsfontein road Pretoria has provided me with false information about the insurance and said that there is a 3 months waiting period for all claims, and this is also programmed into their system and wanted to charge me R620 per decoder to replace with working decoders.

This is fraud and I want this to be investigated, this issue is a serious matter because they have been misleading thousands of clients with this bs and made them pay, where those clients were actually insured.
