AIV Property Specialists – Completely Unprofessional & Zero Accountability
I am posting this because I am genuinely shocked at how badly this company operates. AIV Property Specialists placed a judgment against my name in November 2021 — before the sale of my property. When the house was sold, the levies (±R21,000 at the time) were paid directly from the proceeds as part of the mandatory clearance process. A sale cannot proceed without the levies being settled, so the fact that they are still holding a judgment against me is completely unacceptable. Since last week I have been trying to resolve this with them, and all I get is: No replies to emails No returned phone calls “The person is not available” every single time I call Excuses Blame being shifted to other companies Zero responsibility taken They are refusing to assist, refusing to remove the judgment, and refusing to provide any documentation. Their internal systems are clearly a mess, and the level of disorganization is shocking. This is unfair and ********, and I will escalate this matter further through the necessary channels if needed. Avoid this company if you can — they cause more problems than solutions.

CREATIVE MOVERS / CREATIVE HOLDINGS POOR POOR SERVICE AND DAMAGES YOUR STUFF
Hi everyone, please be careful with this removal company, the are cheap but highly unprofessional and damages everything to a unusable level, and don't take responsibility for anything..... They are CUNNING and will look professional and when they load your stuff it's chaos, and when they don't have a big enough truck they cramp everything into the truck, just to make one trip because they have the next trip to go to...... Unfortunately I only went on the price they quoted me and never did some research on them to see if they have good reviews or not, and now I see they have the worst reviews on Facebook and I'm deeply disappointed that I used them..... IF THIS IS THEIR NO 0118752082 AND 0837796728 DON'T USE THEM..... YOU ARE GOING TO BE SORRY...... they also go by the name Creative Holdings..... BE WARNED PLEASE.

DStv Aerial Excellence Group Garsfontein Road Pretoria not truthful to costumers.
The multichoice branch in Garsfontein road Pretoria has provided me with false information about the insurance and said that there is a 3 months waiting period for all claims, and this is also programmed into their system and wanted to charge me R620 per decoder to replace with working decoders. This is fraud and I want this to be investigated, this issue is a serious matter because they have been misleading thousands of clients with this bs and made them pay, where those clients were actually insured.

Two Oceans Plumbing Witbank are scammers
I wish there was a zero star rating, Two Oceans Plumbing is scamming the insurance companies. They claim to install new geysers and makes us pay the access required and claim from the insurance for the rest of the money. They are getting worse and worse and now as we speak I'm reporting them to Standard Bank insurance that, when they got to my house 2 days after the insurance company reported the Geyser to be failty, the firs tell me that it's only a pipe that needs to be replaced, then the office calls me and tells me that the Geyser has burst and I must pay the access, then miraculously the Geyser is not burst and there is only a pipe to fix, and all of a sudden it's going to cost me more???!!!?... Everyone and especially the insurance companies, watch out for Two Oceans Plumbing.

Macprop property agents is not a good property agent
They suck don't deliver what they say... Break-in by their own people in broad day light and don't take responsibility for it. When one complains about everything wrong in their complex they trough you out and don't solve the problems.... When one puts them on social media I give bad reviews they refuse to give your deposit back. They blackmail you to pull the bad reviews then the deposit will be given back

Macprop property agents in Equestria Pretoria is not to be trusted.
I only had bad experience with the property group. They're customers service is non existing, they only worry about money and not about the security and well being of their tenants. They rent their places out and lies about the security cameras that works and isn't working. Many break-ins happens in their so called security complexes. When Tennants complaine about the lack of security or maintenance problems in the complex they fix it by kicking out the tenants that complain to much. Then when they have to pay the deposit back they don't pay anything back. I will not recommend them at all because they seem good and helpful to get you in but as soon as you are in they don't care.

Macprop property agents bad service and unprofessional approach to complaints.
Macprop property management does not fix the complaints from the tenants, their way of fixing things that tenants are complaining about is to get rid off the tenants that complain about their bad security and lack of maintenance on the complex. wow, they just don't care.

Macprop security property is not secure at all.
Macprop property agents and their complexes are unsecured and unsafe. Burglaries happens often in day and night time. Gate security cameras are not working and anyone have access to the complexes any time they want. Macprop property agents does not care about the tenants security and have the attitude if you don't feel safe move. They have 1 guard that is supposed to guard the gate and do patrols at the same time. When one reports an incident they never get back with a solution. Also have drain issues that don't get fixed and our house smells like a toilet... Tiles gets plugged up and not replaced... Water is not separate from all units and 1 of the 2 units is the once who is paying for both houses water usage and macprop does not compromise to make that unit cheaper than the other one. Macprop has no people s****s and they have no interest in clients satisfaction.

Macprop security property not what they say it is
Pathetic security and no people s****s they're not up to standard with the drains in the complex and burglaries occurs often in day and night time..... Security cameras are not working and there for show. Feel unsafe in a overpriced complex where security is supposed to be what we pay for
