I had my ultra DStv installed in the 12/7/2022 and everything worked perfectly. They even installed my second DStv explore with me being able to watch Netflix on my second TV which is not a smart TV. I have been in contact with DSTV for 3 weeks and they tell me it's not their problem so I contacted Vusi at Aerial & Satellite and asked him if I could send him some photos so they can see if it is their area to sort out or not. He refused to help me on the phone. I told him I am on disability and I cannot afford R575 just for a call out fee if they can't fix it. I told him to look at the photos and see if it is something that they can sort out. They loaded Netflix for me on the 12/7/2022. He reminded me that the warranty of 3 months has expired and they will send out a technical at a cost even if they can't fix the problem I still have to pay. I could not come to reason with Vusi and all he wanted was money. He told me to call him when I have money and put the phone down in my face. Is this how Aerial & Satellite excellence treat their client..
