Horrible service @Aerocity Kempton park

I went to Aerocity to get tyers fitted and aligned on the 14.12.2018. The next day I discovered the car was shaking meaning alignment was not properly done I went in to query the matter and was told to come back after two day17.12.2018. The sales man Sylvester was rude, does not have good communication s****s towards customers. I had to wait 4 hours before they assisted me. The service I received was horrible and was not appreciated as a customer
