Poor service
On the 25th of March I called MTN sales to get their WiFi router, little did I know I am About to get the worst experience of my life.The consultant captured my details incorrectly on her system,and after multiple attempts of calling MTN to try and fix their error so I could receive my parcel,getting assistance from them is next to impossible.Long story short 2 weeks later I still don't have my devise and when I call I am being sent from pillar to post

Poor service
Booked for a week now for C- section nothing is happening today the 18th am told there's no toilet paper for the whole weekend @ward 13. Nurse with terrible service cannot even assist in getting us toilet paper in this Covid situation

Poor customer service from Hificorp Festival Mall
I bought a Hisense fridge at hifi corporate festival mall Kempton park less than 6 months back. The fridge stops working almost every month after reporting it 3 times and only having a technician visit me twice, I don't understand why they cannot exchange it. Speaking to the consultants and their customers service is a waste of time, am hoping and waiting to hear from Hisense directly if they can exchange. Hificorp festival has the worst service in assisting with matters such as mine.

Horrible service @Aerocity Kempton park
I went to Aerocity to get tyers fitted and aligned on the 14.12.2018. The next day I discovered the car was shaking meaning alignment was not properly done I went in to query the matter and was told to come back after two day17.12.2018. The sales man Sylvester was rude, does not have good communication s****s towards customers. I had to wait 4 hours before they assisted me. The service I received was horrible and was not appreciated as a customer

Ram Wagen Kempton park' terrible service
<p>I took my car for a services on the 15th of December 2016 and to my attention a nut was not fasned correctly thank God my family did not loose their lives because my engine oil was all over and I had to buy a new oil,and pay the guy who helped me again so much for service. I will never recommend anyone to visit the place such a sham</p>
