Great Service
I bought a set of tyres from them and unfortunately there was an internal defect that no-one could have foreseen. They replaced all four tyres without argument. They handled the situation with total professionalism, and I would not hesitate going back when I need tyres again.

Great Service

Horrible service @Aerocity Kempton park
I went to Aerocity to get tyers fitted and aligned on the 14.12.2018. The next day I discovered the car was shaking meaning alignment was not properly done I went in to query the matter and was told to come back after two day17.12.2018. The sales man Sylvester was rude, does not have good communication s****s towards customers. I had to wait 4 hours before they assisted me. The service I received was horrible and was not appreciated as a customer

Horrible service @Aerocity Kempton park
I went to Aerocity to get tyers fitted and aligned on the 14.12.2018. Manager at atrocity tyres
Well where do I even start.... aerocity tyres in Kempton. I phoned to speak to the owner of the company which were not there I was then put through to the manager Johan. Who spoke to me so rudely I was shocked. I was only phoning to get information from the owner now I wonder how many other actual customers has he spoken to exactly the same??? Every time I have phoned there the "bosses are never there" So technically they have entrusted the company with the so-called manager Johan to run the business that he is not doing very good at if he can rudely speak to me over the phone I wonder how many other customers he's really spoken to like that. He then had the audacity to phone me back and ask what company I worked for and put the phone down in my ear he then once again phone me and stated and asked if I was the owner of the aerocity tyres where I stated no I was not He then went on saying to me I thought so I'm put the phone down in my ear once again I have now taken this up with the owner of the company and hopefully this utterly rude man by the name of johan gets fired because I know my family nor my friends will ever go back to this aerocity tyres because of how bad service and how badly I was treated and spoken too..... I don't know who this Johan guy thinks he is but he is rude and he is a stalker and I ask how do you phone a customer back and be rude to them then put the phone down in there ear ......

AERO CITY - Wheel & Tyre Kemptonpark - Owner dishonest, unprofessional
<p>On Thursday 18 May 2017 I phoned AERO CITY - Wheel & Tyre Kemptonpark (Johan the owner) requesting availability of stock and price for DUELER AT 255/70/15 D697's, he told me he had 5, as these tyres were discontinued and I needed 3 I requested him to keep 3 for me until Saturday as I stay in PTA North and it is quite a distance drive. On Saturday only after the deal was done did I realize I was actually sold Deuler HT D840's (Highway Terrain vs the D697's all terrain tyres) The deal was reversed, I was made out a lair when I told him I specifically asked for D697's, at my arrival at work today Monday I listened to the actual telecom as the conversation was recorded, and its very clear that I asked for D697's, I phoned him again and very unprofessionally he asked me what I want from him, I told him that he could atleast re-imburse my cost for the day. He refused and said when he had time he would listen to his own recording when he had time, I realize this will never happen. Please refrain from supporting this dishonest tyre outlet.</p>

I took my car in to have new tyres fitted and alignment. Festus was very helpful, both on the phone and also when I got there. The problem started when the tyres had to be fitted, nobody was willing to work on my car, I even offered to take the wheels off myself because my time was being wasted. The gentlemen need some attitude change, if they have their own power struggles at their workplace they must not take it out on us customers. The service they were supposed to render, I paid for. I was not being done a favour. I had never been at a tyre place for so long, from just before 16:00 to just after 17:30. There was however one poor guy who stayed behind to do the alignment, i would like to commend him for that. One thing I know is I will never again take my car there unless I have the whole day.
