I was assisted by Jaydene Eksteen with my claim. She was very professional and patient with me as I kept making changes. She gave me regular updates about the progress of the claim and the device was finally delivered on Thursday. I’m very happy with her service.
I took my car in to have new tyres fitted and alignment. Festus was very helpful, both on the phone and also when I got there. The problem started when the tyres had to be fitted, nobody was willing to work on my car, I even offered to take the wheels off myself because my time was being wasted. The gentlemen need some attitude change, if they have their own power struggles at their workplace they must not take it out on us customers. The service they were supposed to render, I paid for. I was not being done a favour. I had never been at a tyre place for so long, from just before 16:00 to just after 17:30. There was however one poor guy who stayed behind to do the alignment, i would like to commend him for that. One thing I know is I will never again take my car there unless I have the whole day.
