Phone into king price, was greeted by name and friendliness Assisted straight away and within 20 min i had an sms from king price and then straight away i had communication from the tow truck was 6 min away
They keep phoning me...... I keep rejecting the calls and blocking them and uet they still seem to find a way to phone me..... Dont they get it in there fat heads im not interested
where do I begin...… im very unhappy with Vodacom fiber department. we where suppose to have fiber from the 1st of September and we are now on the 13th of September and we still have no fiber..... the customer care dose not listen to you and they pretend to help by giving me information that is always different when I phone in, they said to me it was going to take 24-48 hours for activation and well we are now sitting 13 days still with nothing and yesterday I was told the the activation is still pending and there is no turn around time that they can give me for the activation... well all I can say is that Vodacom fiber is just as useless as Eskom, load shedding and Ekhuraleni put together, so in other works they are what you call a royal F*#K up....... and when you ask to speak to the floor manager or the head of customer service they give you the excuse that they don't have telephone lines in the back and they only communicate through email blah blah blah just another excuse and when you start asking questions or getting irritated they just put the phone down in your ear well I can tell you this you better off waiting for Eskom to stop load shedding then getting any information or service from these bunch of useless bananas My worst decision in life was to go with Vodacom fiber
These People are completely incompetent, we have an existing line with vumatel all we where doing was changing ISP providers and we have now been sitting with no internet for almost 2 weeks and this is completely not right and unfair vumatel themselves knows we have two lines that go into our property yet they still trying to connect to the incorrect line we have tried getting hold of them but we have to do it only through our ISP and the new ISP is ......... well just as pathetic and incompetent
I have only had my fiber line with vumatel for less than a month there is now not connection to the internet and I have called my ISP and they keep telling me it's on vumatel side but on vumatel there is no way to connect them directly. There is no call center for vumatel and no help from them at all. Vumatel are frauds and fakes. So far the worst fiber connection company I have ever worked with
I'm not sure what pepsi has done to the recipe of the Pepsi light but it tastes like it has been infused with perfume and it is horrid
I'm very disgusted by the service I've received from aramex couriers. They promise lightning fast delivery across the world. They state it should be delivered before mid-day ha ha ha its 16:23 on the day of delivery and I have not yet received my parcel!!! I try and phone to track my order and they put me on hold for 27 min and still holding. This what needed to be delivered is a birthday gift and now because it has not been delivered... that gift can't be given... I'm very irritated and this needs to be sort ASAP
Where do I even begin the courier company is certainly not fast and a very good in making a client's Furious cause that's all that this career service has done my package was invoiced on 2nd of November today as I write this review on the 9th of November and it is still has not been delivered they proclaim they can't find the address given I phoned 3 times and gave them specific address details I even gave them the corner we are on yet they still returned it and said they could not find the address if anybody is going to want to use this company I suggest not I suggest all major companies that use them as a courier service to actually boycott them because I'm telling you now I have never had to deal with such an incompetent service provider and I deal with lots of courier services I have never had such bad service from courie service ever in my life
Well where do I even start.... aerocity tyres in Kempton. I phoned to speak to the owner of the company which were not there I was then put through to the manager Johan. Who spoke to me so rudely I was shocked. I was only phoning to get information from the owner now I wonder how many other actual customers has he spoken to exactly the same??? Every time I have phoned there the "bosses are never there" So technically they have entrusted the company with the so-called manager Johan to run the business that he is not doing very good at if he can rudely speak to me over the phone I wonder how many other customers he's really spoken to like that. He then had the audacity to phone me back and ask what company I worked for and put the phone down in my ear he then once again phone me and stated and asked if I was the owner of the aerocity tyres where I stated no I was not He then went on saying to me I thought so I'm put the phone down in my ear once again I have now taken this up with the owner of the company and hopefully this utterly rude man by the name of johan gets fired because I know my family nor my friends will ever go back to this aerocity tyres because of how bad service and how badly I was treated and spoken too..... I don't know who this Johan guy thinks he is but he is rude and he is a stalker and I ask how do you phone a customer back and be rude to them then put the phone down in there ear ......
<p>I ordered pizza from Debonairs and have had to wait over 2 hours for my pizza to be deliver. I'm not sure what's so special about there pizza that take two hours to make and deliver..... I'm literally 10 min away from the shop. If I order from anywhere else it's ready in 15 to 20 min..... I find 2 hours ridiculous</p>
