I joined Affinity dental - took the platinum plan. Been struggling for months with my wisdom tooth. My dentist said it should be removed in the theater. But Affinity doesn't cover that. So I told my dentist they only cover it in the dentist chair. So he said if it got more bother sim then he'll do it with gas. Few months later it did get worse. Made an appointment, went to see him. But he decide just there to do the removal. I wasn't even aware that was his plan as the assistant said something like this requires more then an hour appointment and mine was just 30min. If I knew that I would have had my hubby with me, but he didn't use gas. And now I got the invoice from the dentist saying Affinity rejected that claim as the dentist need to get authorization. This isn't fair. As customer care plays the same tune.
