Do not use this company if you would like customer service, ass these people are just here to take take take, they never answer the phones and once you get through to someone on the phone they are not interested in helping you ( I phoned them 6 times in total 4 times on the 28th of march, once on the 29th of march and another time on the 1st of April) only one of these calls where answered and they told me that I need to send an email to cancel my policy and that email does not exist. I am forced to contact my bank to stop payments to them as a result it will destroy my credit score but they leave me with no choice, I really hope that anyone reading this do decide to leave this company alone as they are useless and just stealing money from us, My previous car left me on the side of the road I spent 4+ hours waiting for roadside assist from them and when they arrived I had to pay all of the expenses including the accommodation and then I had to request a claim form and do a ton of paperwork just to get R500 + R500 back after paying roughly R 4000 (excluding the 500km to back to my house and excluding the repair costs) it was not worth the hassle just to get R1000 back if they would even approve it... (I use King Price for my new car and they are on top of every situation, send them an enquire email on their website and see how quick they respond, (I sent them a email this past Sunday and they phoned me back within 2 hours to resolve my problem, Not bad for a non-working day). Best of Luck should you choose to use Affinity.
