Getting responses from Bond Optimizer is impossible. No one responds to emails, phone calls go unanswered and nothing works on the WhatsApp line. T At the moment they have the deed to my property, I want to switch to a normal bond again, but can't get in touch with anyone.

1. I went to sign at the the attorneys in November 2025 and my bond is still not lodge 2. Interest rates have gone down but my installments stays the same. No interest is deducted from my account. They were the one who insisted I switch my edubond to SA Homeloans 3. Payments reflects but then are then reversed on my africa direct account without reason even when I queried it 4. Lodge a complaint with Africa direct no response or feedback. The last two months I am sent to the lawyers, SA homeloans, conveyors, consultant and back. No progress, no feedback on my emails on why?

We started our process 18 August 2025. We then were told our application was approved and documents got signed and sent off to attorneys and then SARS and then it was supposed to be lodged. December came/gone, January came/gone. Today we receive a call after no communication for weeks that the process has to start all over again due to them installing new systems and processes. The attorneys, state we are liable for all cost incurred yet we are not the ones have delayed the process and have been following up daily, weekly on the status of our application with no feedback from Bond Optimiser/Edubond. Was told can call them on the number they called from and well trying to callback, not able to connect to an agent. This is not what we signed up for. Is there anyone out there that can assist us with this matter?
