Getting responses from Bond Optimizer is impossible. No one responds to emails, phone calls go unanswered and nothing works on the WhatsApp line. T At the moment they have the deed to my property, I want to switch to a normal bond again, but can't get in touch with anyone.

I am blown away by this interaction we’ve had since logging my request for financial assistance during these uncertain times. As a sales person and commission earner, I was very uncertain as to how I’ll able to financially survive during the next 3 months, as 50% of my salary is usually commission based. So to be honest, I was scared and intimidated and expected a basic “generic response” to my query. Not only was my query resolved within a day of him reaching out to me, but every further request I had was answered professionally and within an hour of me sending it. This has by far been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with service consultants in my life and as a sales manager/team leader who teaches consultants in my field of expertise, I’ll be using this experience of mine as an example of how “it should be done” So, thank you Brandon, you’ve been amazing on this regard and all the best with your future at Standard Bank, As I believe it is a bright one.
