Just call the emergency line to A&G to submit a claim of a pipe burst under ground now 2026-02-14. The person assist ask the normal verification questions and then from where I am. Without asking how, what or where she said I must pay excess fee of R2400 for plumber to come out. I said to her I do not have that kind of money. Ask person during my own recording I do not know how claims work and when do I pay and for what, because for a call out for a quote R2400. She put me on hold and could not explain to me. She said I have to phone the policy department to see for what I am covered. Told her previous claims was the same of A&G that do not want to pay or repair claims. 1) Leaking tab in kitchen - wear and tear 2) Electric motor gate - wear and tear 3) Water cooler on roof - wear and tear 4) Motor car - do not cover fuel pump Why am I paying R1 464,24 /month What is the purpose to pay monthly installments if they never fix things and just want more money through excess fee. PLLEASE ASSIST OR GIVE ADVISE

The next moment (days later on the evening of the 20th ) she got an email with the quotation. On Monday the 21st the lady of Vodacom phone and ask her if she cancelled the order. She inform her she did not cancel the order and still awaits delivery. No delivery and no phone call from SKYNET. The Vodacom Consultant said the courier company SKYNET said she cancel the order. VODACOM log in all her information and set up a new order. Again the deal was approved. She even activated the mandate debit order on her capitec app. She received the following sms information on 25 July 2025 at 17:00 that the order will be delivered. Hi M****""" B******SkyNet should deliver your Vodacom order (K4943586) by 5pm today. Remember a copy of your ID and proof of address. Queries, WhatsApp 0871069954. At 16:00 she phone SKYNET to question why abovementioned order was not yet delivered. Skynet said they received an instruction to return order to warehouse and not to deliver it. Skynet person said on loudspeaker to Vodacom agent on loudspeaker that he received an email with such instruction not to deliver order. They talk to each other over speaker phone between her phone and me as the mother on my phone. The guy from SKYNET told the vodacom person the instruction come from Gideon. WHO IS HE TO OVERRULE A VODACOM ORDER???? Vodacom lady ask who is Gideon but Skynet guy could not give info. We GOOGLED and saw the Regional manager of Skynet warehouse is Gideon Visser but not how to get hold of him. So I requested on speaker phone to VODACOM AND SKYNET IF THIS SO CALLED MR GIDEON OF THE WAREHOUSE CAN CONTACT US OR VODACOM AND EXPLAIN WHY HE GAVE AN ORDER NOT TO DELIVER HER PARCEL. ON THE SIDE OF VODACOM THEY DO NOT SEE ANY PROBLEMS. WHY CAN HE AS MANAGER OF A WAREHOUSE OF SKYNET A SERVICE PROVIDER OVERRULE VODACOM DEALS After this call on speaker phone several emails, messenger messages took place with no response. With the second order she also gave he work address for delivery because she work from 07:00-14:30 and me as the mother from 07:00-16:00. In the meanwhile she received Sunday the 27th of July and Monday the 28th a tex and email that parcel was cancelled again due to none delivery. The question on both our minds. A 3rd order and request to vodacom was made to DELIVERY OUR DEAL. THIS TIME VODACOM PLACE HER WORK ADDRESS ON IT. HOPEFULLY BY MONDAY KARMA IS ON OUR SIDE. WE TOLD VODACOM TO CHANGE COURIERS BUT APPARENTLY IT A DONE DEAL THEY CANNOT CHANGE BU VODACOM PROMISSED THEY WILL ESCALATE THIS MATTER FOR FULL INVESTIGATION AND IF PERSONS NEED TO BE FIRED OR LOOSE THERE JOBS, THEY WILL DO SO.

Still nou payback on my last review They (clientele) said on 12 July they wil pay back. After they phone me the told me that after the deduction on 31 July 2024 when another payment went off (remember i did cancel my policy on 13&18 May). A deduction wen off 30 June and again 31 July. They come up with the clause of a 31 day rule /notice but it starts only from the 1st. But in a chat they said the 30 day notice already started on 18/5/2024. SO NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY BACK MY JUNE INSTALLMENT. THEY SAID THEY WILL PAY BACK ONLY JULY TSHEPANG WITH REF NR W-9A3818A3 SAID ON 25 JULY SAID POLICY WAS CANCELLED SO WHY DID IT DEDUCT AGAIN 31/7/24. LINDO CONFIRMED MY MONEY WILL BE PAID 2/8/2024. AFTER PHONING THEM ON THE DAY OF PAYMENT ONLY A VOICENOTE STATING THE FIRM ARE HAVING A PARTY (FUNCTION). SO PARTIES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN CLIENTS.
I took out a policy with Clientele in 2007 and started as a consultant ans sales person for IFA. Due to working conditions I could not go on working but kept my policy. In 2022 I want to buy of my policy for funds for my childs study fees but unfortunately they refuse due to soft talks like there will be a cashback ext and if policy reach a certain value it cannot be cash out. So in May 2024 I cancel ❌ my policy per email. They kept on deducting my policy even though I cancel it at head office and district against my salary. I even send them my salary advices. How long do I have to wait for my monthly payment of R603.68 x 2 to be paid back for June and July 2024 because I already cancelled my policy on 18 May so the 30 notice was 18 June and then 18 July 2024. They keep on saying and explaining the fact of 30 days to score out of this deal in paying back only one payment I personally think it is theft so i already gave my statement to the ***** anti *******ion unit just awaits the payment date to see what you are paying back then I will give them orders. Well unfortunately since 18 may only one letter and no payback. Telephonically they want to pay back one deduction for July but not for June. According to me its theft They advertise on TV, media ext how good there products are but believe me they rob the poor that's why there are sceaming and *****ing. When you write a negative remark they thread you with lawyers and always send you a feedback of ...we refer it to right department. Had good service but the circumstances that I'm under debt review (for 2nd time) and I request it myself and were never forced. I have not placed vodacom as one of my account to be part of debt review. It was one of my monthly debit orders which I pay monthly without fail. It went off monthly per debit order so there is no way that it could be skipped. According to the debt review companies if you have placed it (your cellphone account) on your monthly expenses when you app**** for debt review, and you have proven that you can pay the account, then you are allowed to upgrade your contract, you are only not allowed to open a new contract. I am a client at Vodacom for years. At one stage had 4 account there. Reach the top level at vodacom. Many contracts under my name. Had to close 3 accounts due to several complains and disappointments. I kept 2 (0791638477) & (0791638969) on pay as you go and let one totally been closed. The other one was still on contract and will be finished by February 2024 (0794551460) - it was a Guru laptop with 20 GB day and 20 GB night. The thing is I did not put my vodacom account or insurance company santam under debt review because there was no point in it and there was nothing wrong paying it. WHO GAVE YOU AS DEBT BUSTERS via HYPHEN THE AUTHORITY TO PUT VODACOM (CELLPHONE CONTRACT) AND SANTAM (INSURANCE) UNDER DEBT REVIEW. So, my question to you at DEBTBUSTERS via HYPHEN - Due to you're stupidity & unprofessionalism I am not allowed to upgrade at Vodacom? I did ask to upgrade from the Guru laptop to the Apple Iphone 15 (blue) 128GB. I know I can afford it, I'm not stupid. Please explain to me why you like to break the rules? Thats why I app**** with Mdalusi (0878136301) to be removed from debt review from Debt buster (021-5695855 / 0876546887) via Hyphen (011-3030400) after 2 years to start paying my own account because debt review hampers me in getting a contract for a flat or study loans for my child 19 in need of the phone for studies.
