Bunch of clowns

What a bunch of clowns. I bought a product online and paid online. The website for days only said processing in the recent purchases tab. So I contacted them. I was promised on Monday that my order will arrive on the latest the Friday. Only after twice contacting them on the Friday after lunch when the website still said still processing to ask whats happening. And suddenly 2 hours after that only did they start to process the order. Then they send me an email with a sales invoice: "Kindly find your invoice attached. Please send your proof of payment to payments@africadronekings.co.za, if you have not done so already." This was paid online on their website. This online store is the worst in the world. What a bunch of clowns!
