Bunch of clowns
What a bunch of clowns. I bought a product online and paid online. The website for days only said processing in the recent purchases tab. So I contacted them. I was promised on Monday that my order will arrive on the latest the Friday. Only after twice contacting them on the Friday after lunch when the website still said still processing to ask whats happening. And suddenly 2 hours after that only did they start to process the order. Then they send me an email with a sales invoice: "Kindly find your invoice attached. Please send your proof of payment to payments@africadronekings.co.za, if you have not done so already." This was paid online on their website. This online store is the worst in the world. What a bunch of clowns!

What a bunch of clowns. I bought a product online and paid online. The website for days only said processing in the recent purchases tab. So I contacted them. ****ty service!! Had my drone there for nearly 3 weeks, got a quota and paid it, okay, used the wrong ref number, but was sorted out a week ago, now very shady excuses such as an open area must be booked for testing. Today NO RESPONSE despite multiple emails.

Easy and quick. Found them online, did my background check, found good price and contacted them for price on the drone wanted. Muhammad was my adviser who called me the same day and helped me pick the correct drone for the type of work I needed it for. Once I decided on the right drone for my job, Muhammad gave me a pro-forma invoice with all the extra needed at great price. I did the normal eft and once money cleared by them (the following day) they overnight shipped to me to start flying the next day. Wonderfull service with top quality advice and products from Africa Drone Kings Thank you Muhammad and Africa Drone Kings

Disappointing Experience with Africa Drone Kings: No Repair, High Costs, Poor Service
My DJI drone was not repaired by Africa Drone Kings because they claimed that no spare parts were available. I had to remind them to return the drone before I finally got it back. I then sent the drone directly to DJI, where it was repaired for less money than I had paid Africa Drone Kings for the inspection. I would definitely never use the services of Africa Drone Kings again.

WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! i took my drone in for repair, i was told that they will provide quote before repair. I told them what was wrong, that my camera gimble was stuck and does not move. The quoted amount was over R20K and costs more that the drone itself. I was billed R750.00 for this bad service. after i told them what was wrong, all they had to do was to provide me with a quote. I got my drone back without the protective plastic, upon request for this, i was told that they do not know where it is. This demonstrate how they look after your drone when you took it in for repair. i subsequently found a small piece of grass stuck in my camera gimbel, i remove it and my drone is working again. AFRICA DRONE KINGS could not even see this, and wanted to bill me over R20k for repair. DO NOT TRUST AFRICA DRONE KINGS WITH YOUR DRONE. they do not do repairs, they want to replace or sell you a new one.

ND Filters DJI Mini 3 - Don't make the mistake of not BRINGING YOUR DRONE to check if the filters fit.
I first inquired by phone if ADK had ND filters for a DJI Mini 3, and they confirmed that they did. So, I drove to the store to collect the product, only to be informed that I actually needed to bring my drone with me, as the filters in stock didn't fit ALL iteration's of the DJI Mini 3. It would have been nice to know this before I left my house. They then suggested I take the ND filters home to check, and if they didn't fit, they would either issue a refund and arrange for the filters to be collected, or order the correct ND filters, which would take 2 to 3 weeks. I chose the latter option. It has now been a month, and I am still uncertain about when my order will arrive. Although they have confirmed that the product has been shipped, I have not been provided with the tracking details. At the time of writing this review, my follow-up communications have also been ignored. While I can't say that the service was bad, I feel there has been a lack of follow-up and that this situation could have been prevented with accurate information from the beginning. I would appreciate knowing exactly when my order will be delivered so that I can plan my projects in advance.

ND Filters DJI Mini 3 - Don't make the mistake of not BRINGING YOUR DRONE to check if the filters fit.

Exceeded expectations - very happy customer!
What an excellent experience. I was very wary at first because you always hear of online ****s. However, I did my home work. I also checked on HelloPeter :) They are legitimate! Africa Drone Kings surpassed all my expectations. I am currently away on a business trip, so can only use Whatsapp for contact. Thabani was super helpful and knowledgeable all the way to purchase, and then in delivery. My new drone arrived safely and within two days of payment! Thanks Guys! You really provide excellent service and support!!
