Easy and quick. Found them online, did my background check, found good price and contacted them for price on the drone wanted. Muhammad was my adviser who called me the same day and helped me pick the correct drone for the type of work I needed it for. Once I decided on the right drone for my job, Muhammad gave me a pro-forma invoice with all the extra needed at great price. I did the normal eft and once money cleared by them (the following day) they overnight shipped to me to start flying the next day. Wonderfull service with top quality advice and products from Africa Drone Kings Thank you Muhammad and Africa Drone Kings
Good network and good service currently, had troubles before, but all sorted out correctly
Vodacom does steal airtime. Started with me last month, I notice before end of month my monthly airtime run out that never happend before, this month I started taking screen shots of airtime daily and notice I buy tickets as always to make calls, but they deduct airtime with calls and tickets stand still. I believe this could have been going on for longer than the 2 months, Only started noticing now when checking before and after purchases or calls. Last exampe for airtime theft was where I bought 60min anytime airtime and made later a call of 28min and 20 sec Notice anytime (not voda to voda airtime) stood still and R46.25 airtime gone for one call. Accordimg to my calculations they carge me R1.63 per minute I remeber that I upgraded my contract to get a lower cost per minute that was less than R0.79 cents per minute. Please explain yourself Vodacom. I demand my account to be reviewed for past 3 months!!!
To whom it may concern, I did a review on Vodacom 23/04/2019 about the repair of my Nokia phone https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/repair-of-nokia-2725084 Vodacom contacted me and asked to send phone in for repairs at Advanced Repair Center (ARC) in Midrand. I notice them I can not send it in as I can not afford to be without a phone again for 6 weeks, Vodacom did inform me I could lend a phone while my phone send in for repairs, I must just find this myself, could not book in advance a phone out for me to lend due to my previous experiences with sending that phone in for repairs. At the end I made a big mistake to purchase a new contract by Vodacom while my phone is send in for repairs on 11 May 2019 as I could not get a loan phone booked out for me and I needed a phone for work. On 21 May 2019 Advance Repair Centre contacted me to inform my phone was OBF (Out of Box Failure) this is now on the third time I send my phone in for repairs as it was never fixed. I informed Vodacom that I have a new contract and if they can not deduct the handset cost from my contract as I struggled with the phone for 1 year and 6 months. They declined my proposal and said I may pick up a new phone same model and sell it myself if not going to use that frustrated me, also informed to pick up at same store I gave phone in. THE CONCLUSION I live on a farm near Aliwal North, traveled from here to Port Elizabeth asking each Vodacom shop I could find if they had phone to lend or possible the phone in stock for new contract (my mistake to do it again) In Port Elizabeth I gave up trying to get a loan phone and proceeded with new contract while phone send in for repairs. Till now I have contacted the shop in Port Elizabeth to receive my new phone that they need to order via phone and email with no response till today, I emailed Advance Repair Center consultant that I worked with to send phone in for repair and informed me phone OBF to get new one with no reply or call back. I still pay the handset fee for this phone I do not have and OBF informed about till end of November 2019! I am really disappointed and learned the hard way with still being with them on a new contract (paying for two contracts/handsets - one with a phone and one without a phone)! Regards, DJ Strauss
To whom it may concern, My Nokia phone auto update to android Pie, After update my phone screen went black. Send phone in for repair as could not use. 2 weeks later got contacted that my phone needs new battery and I need to confirm if they may proceed on my cost to battery Confirmed and two weeks later i went to collect phone, but noted nothing has been done yet and they waiting on payment for repair that i was not informed about. Paid cost and 2 weeks later phone was repaired 6 weeks total without phone. Notice with new battery they replaced my screen free, but screen was not put back properly, took phone back again, which they repaired in store in 30min with glue. Notice screen currently doing te same and also notice when using camera I had no flash. Tried to switch on phone light, nothing again. Meaning flash broken or disconnected with repair. Try to use GPS with whatsapp location or maps, also not working as if GPS also disconnected. Currently I only have this phone and cant send it in again for so long, just continuing with phone till contract end to start new contract with different network. This is just plain terrible service.
