Trusted accommodation booking site
This is now my favourite holiday accommodation app/website. I do not use other websites/app because how reliable and trustworthy this booking site is.

Bunch of clowns
What a bunch of clowns. I bought a product online and paid online. The website for days only said processing in the recent purchases tab. So I contacted them. I was promised on Monday that my order will arrive on the latest the Friday. Only after twice contacting them on the Friday after lunch when the website still said still processing to ask whats happening. And suddenly 2 hours after that only did they start to process the order. Then they send me an email with a sales invoice: "Kindly find your invoice attached. Please send your proof of payment to payments@africadronekings.co.za, if you have not done so already." This was paid online on their website. This online store is the worst in the world. What a bunch of clowns!

The restaurant that gives culinary art on a plate!
I am still in awe of Friday nights at Cuisine Afrique Fire Grill(Cuisine Afrique Restaurant ). The evening was a culmination of tastes and experiences that words can’t describe. The creativity of Christoff Goosen and his staff shines through in every dish, with flavours and presentations that are simply culinary art on a plate. The warm and welcoming atmosphere fosters friendships and creates a memorable experience. Christoff’s passion for people, his guests, his staff, his work, and food is evident in every visit. Whether it’s a meal or an event at Afrique Boutique Hotel, you’ll never forget the experience. You’ll never enjoy another restaurant after this one.

Proved themselves as worst company with delivery and customer care.
The online sales of this company is useless and pathetic. They are quick to accept your payment but when it comes to delivery they are VERY VERY POOR. Even more poor is their customer service. No follow up after a complaint and update request for the order. This is now my second online purchase and the second time my order is not delivered in full. I got the second time in a row only half of my order delivered. They told me delivery is in 3 days and only half of my order arrived on time. Still no news when the other half of my order will arrive. When it happens twice in a row it is not a glitch. It is a problem. Then when they do not communicate with customers for the second time in a row it is even worse. This compony has no delivery management and I will NOT RECOMMEND to use their Delivery service at all!!!

Poorest service
The poorest of service I have ever received from any Vodacom shop or any other service provider. Unhelpful and unfriendly service. Paid for service but they did not perform a basic sim swop. When I retuned to follow up to enquire they just pulled up their shoulders and said the department at Vodacom is closed. I called from my car to the Vodacom department and sorted it out. Never go to this shop if you want to receive service because you will get none.

AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE
I am amazed by the wonderful customer service I received from Amazon South Africa. Most companies only let you email or online support. I entered my number on the website and immediately on a Saturday they called me to sort out my problem. Farieda was the staff member that was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to assist me. I am truly impressed by a company that cares. I had a damaged product I bought from 3rd party seller on the platform and had problem to return because of a wrong address.

The online service of the IStore is VERY POOR. I am waiting 1 and half day and still no reply. On the web it shows submitted but no follow up.

Online vender you can trust for good service
Very satisfied with the fast and prompt service from BPM Toolcraft. My order was placed in the holiday time, but there were no delays and fast service. The products are also precisely as described on the webpage.
