Africamps spoil holiday due to incompetence and over booking

This is truly disappointing. If not utterly disgraceful. Africamps Hex River Valley summarily cancels a New Years booking for three families. This despite the booking being fully paid up and confirmed on 23 January 2025.

What is really shocking is the flippancy of the official who told the people less than 24 hours prior to booking in that the booking had been cancelled, blaming bookings.com

However, on inquiry bookings.com said the booking had been cancelled by Africamps and not them!

Disgusting. And even more disgusting no solutions offered.
