I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Africamps.
My Wife is a frontline worker and has come into contact with a COVID positive patient. We called Africamps to change the date of our booking because according to regulations we need to isolate.
We were told that because its less than 7 days before the booking they cannot amend the dates for us.
I mean during this time that we are in, if businesses cannot be accommodating especially to frontline workers then I wouldn't recommend this establishment for anything.
We don't want to cancel our booking nor do we want a refund, we just merely want to change the date of the booking. How must we know 7 days in advance if my wife will be in contact with a COVID positive patient.
The manager Andrea is very adamant that rules are rules and wouldn't accommodate us in the least.
