Poor online service and returns process
I bought a Kenwood blender on Black Friday, it was advertised as a glass jug but when I received it it was a Plastic jug. The moment I received the delivery, I checked it was incorrect and called to log a return. This was on 4 December 2025. I have had numerous emails and phone calls to get this item collected and it is now the 14th of January and still no one can confirm when this item will be collected and refunded to me. I even offered to send it back via courier to your warehouse and I was told that there is no returns process in place for Boardmans.

Manager Andrea unwilling to assist with a COVID booking change.
Hi I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Africamps. My Wife is a frontline worker and has come into contact with a COVID positive patient. We called Africamps to change the date of our booking because according to regulations we need to isolate. We were told that because its less than 7 days before the booking they cannot amend the dates for us. I mean during this time that we are in, if businesses cannot be accommodating especially to frontline workers then I wouldn't recommend this establishment for anything. We don't want to cancel our booking nor do we want a refund, we just merely want to change the date of the booking. How must we know 7 days in advance if my wife will be in contact with a COVID positive patient. The manager Andrea is very adamant that rules are rules and wouldn't accommodate us in the least.

No free TV when taking out new Samsung contract
The biggest fraud ever. Took out a Samsung contract that comes with a free TV. Filled in all docs and sent back to Samsung. No one from Samsung has the decency to reply to say certain docs are unclear and needs to be resent. So I call a few weeks later to find out if all is in order and boom no docs are unclear. Resend docs and still no reply. Called again and told the same nonsense. Finally after 2 months of fighting I get a reply from Samsung to say all docs in order please await for TV to be delivered. It's now the 22 Feb and still no TV. I called in today and the agent tells me that no they still need to verify my docs. I mean what kind of service are you giving people. Utter nonsense.
