You sent the following message to the third party on the 25th of March 2025,
“Good day Tanya
We acknowledge receipt of the documents and we confirm having forwarded same to our accounts department.”
Was the release forwarded to the accounts department without being check?
Antanya followed up on the payment on the 15 of April 2025 and your response was the following,
“Good day Antanya
Kindly note that you signed the release on the 25th of March 2025, and if payment takes up to 30 working days , kindly note that we start counting from the day the release is signed, not when the claim was reported.”
You failed on at least two occasions to notify the claimant about the release not being fully completed? You at least owe her an explanation for this oversight.
Will she again be expected to wait another thirty days for payment after completing the remaining parts of the release?
