On the 7th of Aug 25, went there for my B-Day, Was very bad service from waiter to food, i called and the very polite owner Yvonne apologized profusely. and set everything straight. on the 24th September, i took everyone back there, and boy did we have good food an awesome waiter and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you Peter, and everyone at Rare Steak ***
So yesterday was my birthday, and i decided that NO SPUR. I take my kids to this nice place, something different. But lord knows i spent so much money to be profiled. The food was raw and cold, the only thing i enjoyed was the mushrooms and onion rings. My daughter sent her plate back to get cooked because medium rare don't have blood coming out, she said this steaks alive. The waiter was rushing us like he couldn't wait for us to leave the face said what you guys doing here, his whole vibe was completely off. My kids picked up and kept saying i warned you, we should have gone to SPUR. I was really disappointed what i pictured a nice birthday supper, turned to a horrible R1K being spent. Never again . Thanks to the older gentleman that assisted us to move tables when our was too small to accommodate us. Old school manners always wins
i did not have a bad experience at the Roodepoort CBD Branch staff was very nice and welcoming. However the minute i walked in there i regretted the purchase already. This 5 piece with pap cost me R115 then there is no gravey whatsoever so i had to buy coleslaw R20 thats R135!!! for chicken that pieces that seems like it was divided three times before actually giving me chicken, The chicken pieces are terribly small. if i went to KFC even their schicken breast its big u cannot finish it. i wasted my money. hai its KFC for me 5 pieces with pap and gravey R100 go check it out and we all dik after that

Antanya followed up on the payment on the 15 of April 2025 and your response was the following, “Good day Antanya Kindly note that you signed the release on the 25th of March 2025, and if payment takes up to 30 working days , kindly note that we start counting from the day the release is signed, not when the claim was reported.” You failed on at least two occasions to notify the claimant about the release not being fully completed? You at least owe her an explanation for this oversight. Will she again be expected to wait another thirty days for payment after completing the remaining parts of the release? THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH. THIS WHOLE AFRICAN DAWN IS A SHAMBLE OF A COMPANY SHANE AND HIS BOSS KOKETSO THE OTHERS YOU DONT EVEN HEAR OF. THIS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET GOVERNMENT TENDERS AND ACT LIKE YOU OWN EVERYONE AND DO AS YOU PLEASE NO SERVICE NOTHING DISGUSTING
7 MONTHS AND I REGRET EVER USING THIS BANK.. CALL CENTRES ARE USELESS YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH.. RATHER SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO CAPITEC. IMAGINE GIVING SOMEONE A CARD WITH TAP AND PAY ACCESS AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WEN THEY LOOSE THE CARD THEY AT RISK

pep stores in commissioner street is my go to store, from the time i walk in am greeted with Chommie, and if i wasnt there in awhile they will ask me long time no see. overall service there is impeccable and thats my favorite store..
