African Unity don't settle claims

I had claims that are not paid, African Unity advised Crisis Shield not to settle these claims, it been more than enough now. Everytime when I call Crisis Shield to get updates on the claim they say African Unity has told them not to pay, for what, I don't know. I'm very upset and disappointed. My number is ***. My ID is ***
